Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. Tibetan patients; 3. Head MRI and SWI were performed in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage involving the cortex caused by large artery atherosclerosis; 2. Cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage involving the cortex caused by cardiogenic factors; 3. Patients with diseases that may cause ischemic lacunar infarcts and white matter damage, such as multiple sclerosis, genetic degenerative diseases, and poisoning.
