Acute cerebral infarction

Interventions

Experimental group:Butylphthalide injection of Shiyao Group was administered within 24 hours after mechanical thrombectomy, 25 mg intravenous drip twice daily, and continuous use for 14 days followed
Control group:Antiplatelet and hypolipidemic stabilization recommended by guidelines for acute ischemic stroke after mechanical thrombectomy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of acute cerebral infarction, and head CT excluded cerebral hemorrhage, magnetic resonance imaging during hospitalization, and other examinations confirmed; 2. Ages >= 18, or ages<= 70, and the time from onset to admission within 6-24 h thrombectomy time window; 3. NIHSS score greater than or equal to 6 points, the first cerebral infarction or cerebral infarction but did not leave obvious symptoms do not affect this score; 4. Brain CT or MRI confirmed the diagnosis of macroangiopathy in patients; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ages 75; 2. Head CT findings of intracranial hemorrhagic disease or bleeding tendency at the same time; 3. Severe disturbance of consciousness or mental disorders, cognitive dysfunction before admission, or incomplete admission data; 4. Combined with coagulation abnormalities, severe heart, liver, kidney, and other diseases; 5. Combined with malignant tumors or autoimmune system diseases; 6. NIHSS score greater than or equal to 15 points; 7. Butylphthalide use contraindications, such as previous allergy to celery.
