Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having their first general anesthesia-assisted unilateral calf surgery in our facility; 2. ASA Grade I–?; 3. Aged 18 to 65; 4. BMI 18 to 28 kg/m^2; 5. The patient or a member of their family signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject declined to take part in the investigation; 2. Regional anesthetic contraindications (local infection, coagulation malfunction); 3. sensitivity to local anesthetic medications; 4. Diabetic neuropathy; 5. Nerve damage to the lower extremities; 6. Malignant tumors of the lower limbs; 7. Patients who have a history of drug or alcohol abuse; 8. Ongoing opioid usage or chronic pain; 9. Patients who have a history of serious mental illness or pain paresthesia; 10. Patients who are breastfeeding or pregnant; 11. Lower limb abnormalities; 12. Participated in other clinical studies within the past 30 days.
