Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years with gastrointestinal stromal tumors (gastric stromal tumors and small intestinal stromal tumors) undergoing surgery; 2. No antitumor therapy such as targeted therapy before surgery; 3. No severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 4. Radical resection of gastrointestinal stromal tumors can be performed (the surgical method of gastric stromal tumors is local resection, the resection of the stomach is less than 30%, and the resection of small intestinal stromal tumors is less than 30cm in length); 5. Voluntarily take the test and sign the informed consent; 6. Able to communicate well with the investigator and comply with the requirements of the entire trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe organ dysfunction, primary liver, kidney, heart, lung, and brain diseases; 2. The tumor is widely metastatic and inoperable or only palliative surgery is required; 3. diseases with metabolic disorders; 4. Combined organ resection; 5. Patients with mobility dysfunction caused by various reasons such as hemiplegia, fractures, or long-term bed rest; 6. Patients who do not agree to participate in preoperative pre-rehabilitation therapy.
