Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. All patients received reperfusion therapy (intravenous thrombolysis or thrombectomy; 3. With computed brain tomography and magnetic resonance imaging scans during hospitalization; 4. Complete follow-up data were available through the electronic medical record system.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined systemic inflammatory disease, malignancy, history of hematologic disease, severe hepatitis, renal dysfunction, or history of cardiac dysfunction; 2. Patients lacking follow-up information and the essential clinical baseline information to complete the follow-up analysis.
