Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 2. Other antibiotic treatments were ineffective 3. Application of polymyxin B >= 5 times 4. Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of asthma 2. Allergic history of polymyxin 3. Excessive colistin B was applied within 7 days before enrollment 4. Creatinine clearance rate <30ml/min
