Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective surgery under general anesthesia. 2. Regardless of gender,aged 18 years to 65 years. 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 1 or 2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: We used the following criteria to exclude participants: 1. cardiovascular disease, peripheral vascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, severe hepatic and renal dysfunction, endocrine system disease, respiratory system disease, mental or central nervous system disease disorders. 2. None of the patients were allergic to the drugs used in the study or were taking drugs that affect cardiovascular function. 3. Refused to participate in this experiment.
