50 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute herpes zoster, duration of disease within 30 days; 2. The patient intends to receive comprehensive treatment including drugs, injection therapy and radiofrequency therapy; 3. over 50 years old 4. Consent to participate in the clinical study. Willing to provide blood, urine and cerebrospinal fluid samples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of minimally invasive interventional therapy such as infection and coagulation function, or conventional comprehensive treatment is not acceptable for participant; 2. central nervous system diseases; 3. Severe immunosuppressive diseases such as leukemia and lymphoma; 4. Patients taking long-term glucocorticoid therapy or immunosuppressive therapy; 5. have received intrathecal drug injection within 3 months; 6. pregnant women; 7. Unable to complete the questionnaire and follow-up.
