Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for children: 1. Age within 18 years. 2. Children who meet the diagnostic criteria of childhood malignancy and have been diagnosed with malignancy for more than 1 month. Inclusion criteria for the parents of the children. 1. elementary school education and above. 2. Primary caregiver of the affected child. 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Child exclusion criteria: 1. serious complications occurred during the study period, or death from any cause. Exclusion criteria for the parents of the child. 1. Speech or hearing impairment and communication difficulties. 2. History of psychiatric disorders and cognitive impairment. 3. Those with major illnesses or poor physical status who were unable to cooperate with the investigation.
