Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: primary caregivers of preterm infants: 1. age >= 18 years; 2. Have basic reading and comprehension skills; 3. Voluntarily participate in the research of this project and sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for preterm infants: 1. Gestational age of 28 weeks to 37 weeks (including 28 weeks); 2. Discharged from the Neonatology Department of a tertiary grade A children's specialist hospital in Shanghai.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Family with major trauma. 2. Premature infants have congenital malformations, genetic metabolic diseases or other serious congenital diseases.
