Interventions

Low FiO2 group (group L):FiO2 remained unchanged after graft vessel anastomosis
High FiO2 group (group H):Adjust FiO2 to 100% after graft vessel anastomosis and maintain for 20 minutes

50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 50 to 75 years old; 2. elective OPCABG surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate to severe lung disease; 2. Moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension; 3. Atrial fibrillation and other serious arrhythmias; 4. Heart failure or angina pectoris still occurs within 24 hours before surgery; 5. Preoperative LVEF30kg/m2; 8. Combined with other heart diseases requiring surgical treatment or previous open heart surgery; 9. The patient refuses to participate; 10. Other circumstances that the investigator or surgeon deems inappropriate to participate.
