Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to Tianjin Medical University General Hospital or the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who were found to have pancreatic space-occupying lesions or related serological abnormalities by other imaging examinations (abdominal ultrasound, CT or MRI)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious heart disease such as severe arrhythmia, active myocardial infarction, severe heart failure; Severe lung diseases, such as asthma, respiratory failure, unable to recumbent; Severe hypertension, mental illness and obvious disturbance of consciousness cannot cooperate; Acute perforation of esophagus, stomach and duodenum; Patients with acute severe laryngopharyngeal diseases who cannot insert ultrasonic gastroscope; Acute stage of corrosive esophageal injury and a history of confirmed other gastrointestinal neoplasms.
