60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60; 2. The chief complaint was unilateral lower limb pain accompanied by cold sensation; 3. Before treatment, the difference of skin temperature between the affected side and the healthy side was >= 0.5?, and the difference of ankle brachial index and infrared thermal imaging between the affected side and the healthy side was >= 20%; 4. T- value <= -2.5 by dual-energy absorption X-ray detection method before treatment; 5. No previous sympathetic interventional treatment history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a history of sympathetic nerve damage treatment; 2. A history of malignant tumor and recent tumor cell activity; 3. A history of lower limb fracture or severe trauma; 4. A history of lower limb surgery; 5. Autoimmune diseases, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, coagulation disorders and other systemic conditions; 6. Local infection, congenital malformation, mental disorder and other conditions that cannot tolerate invasive treatment and examination measures; 7. Loss of follow up.
