Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Diabetes group: 1. Confirmed diabetes patients. 2. Can cooperate with OCTA inspection. 3. Relevant systemic examinations can be carried out. 4. Fundus examination showed no diabetes retinopathy or mild to moderate NPDR (refer to the American Academy of Ophthalmology guidelines diabetes, 2018-2019). Control group: no diabetes retinopathy control group: 1. No history of diabetes. 2. No other retinal vascular diseases. 3. It can cooperate with OCTA inspection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Diabetes group: 1. combined with other retinal diseases. 2. Fundus examination indicates severe NPDR or PDR. 3. Poor general condition, unable to cooperate with OCT examination. 4. General examination is not allowed. 5. Refractive interstitial opacity (cataract, vitreous volume, blood, etc.) cannot obtain clear OCT photography. Control group: 1. combined with other retinal diseases. 2. Poor general condition, unable to cooperate with the examination. 3. The refractive stroma is turbid, and clear OCT images cannot be obtained.
