18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be >= 18 years old and be able to understand and sign an informed consent form; 2. Patients whose puncture pathology is confirmed to be papillary thyroid cancer and who are preparing for surgery. 3. Patients with no history of radiation in the head and neck for the first surgery. 4. Patients who have no contraindications to surgery and can undergo surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to sign informed consent; 2. Puncture pathology non-thyroid papillary carcinoma; 3. Unable to support surgery due to physical reasons; 4. Patients with non-initial surgery; 5. Patients who have developed distant metastases
