18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for lumbar disc herniation, and have a VAS pain score of >= 4; 2. The age is between 18 and 65 years old, and the gender is not limited; 3. Understand and sign the informed consent form. If the above three criteria are met at the same time, the study will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot receive acupuncture; 2. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Those who have serious mental illnesses and cannot actively cooperate with the treatment; 4. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and patients with acute infectious diseases; 5. Patients with severe osteoporosis; 6. Those with obvious surgical indications; 7. Treatment methods combined with other diseases may affect the indicator observers of this study; 8. Patients with skin diseases and skin allergies on the waist and lower limbs; 9. Combined with lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar vertebral body fracture, spinal tuberculosis and tumor. If any of the above conditions are met, it will be excluded.
