20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing GnRH antagonist protocol 2. Women aged <= 40 years at the time of IVF/ICSI treatment 3. At least one frozen cleavage stage embryo or blastocyst 4. Freeze-all strategy 5. Regular menstrual cycle (21–35 days) and using natural cycle to prepare the endometrium
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uterine malformation; 2. BMI>= 30 kg/m2; 3. Cycle of donor or vitrified oocytes ; 4. Preimplantation genetic testing treatment; 5. Severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome during IVF/ICSI treatment ; 6. Presence of untreated hydrosalpinx, intrauterine adhesion, submucosal fibroid, or endometrial polyp.
