Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with breast cancer and lung cancer met the following criteria: 1. breast cancer and lung cancer were simultaneous discovered (within 4 months), or the breast cancer was discovered first; 2. pathological confirmation of breast cancer and primary lung cancer; 3. availability of preoperative chest CT data for lung cancer. The following were the inclusion criteria for breast cancer patients with lung metastases: 1. breast cancer patients with lung metastases was clinically diagnosed or pathologically confirmed during follow-up; 2. complete pathological data of breast cancer; 3. preoperative lung metastasis CT data were obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria of lung cancer were: 1. the pathological data were unavailable or incomplete; 2. CT slice thickness of the lung cancer preoperative imaging was > 3mm. Exclusion criteria of breast cancer patients with lung metastases were: 1. the patient had other primary tumors; 2. simple pleural metastasis without intrapulmonary metastasis; 3. in puncture pathology, the etiology of the nodule was unclear or metastasis was disputed; 4. no significant changes in pulmonary nodules during follow-up, and no pathological results confirmed metastatic tumors; 5. CT slice thickness > 3mm.
