18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed T2DM patients, HbA1c>= 9.0% or fasting blood glucose >= 11.1mmol/L, accompanied by obvious hyperglycemia symptoms; 2. The age ranged from 18 to 70; 3. The informed consent is signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-T2DM; 2. patients with acute complications of diabetes; 3. Age >= 70 years or life expectancy <10 years; 4. High risk of hypoglycemia; 5. With severe organ diseases; 6. With severe chronic complications; 7. Poor islet ß cell function (fasting C-peptide < 1.0ng/mL); 8. people allergic to insulin; 9. Unable to cooperate.
