Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The data of patients included in this study should meet the following criteria: 1. 18 years old and above, and 75 years old and below, men and women are not limited; 2. Patients are diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome, and their medical records contain data of serum homocysteine and cardiac ultrasound; 3. The patient did not receive homocysteine-lowering therapy; 4. Patients participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria Patients with the following condition are excluded: 1. Patients have been tested positive for the new coronavirus nucleic acid; 2. Those who have participated in drug clinical trials or used any medical devices in research phase during hospitalization; 3. Patients with previous diagnosis of mechanical complications 4. Patients with any medical history as follow: idiopathic cardiomyopathy, perinatal cardiomyopathy, arrhythmic cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, constrictive pericarditis, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, cardiac surgery; 5. Patients previously diagnosed with rheumatic heart disease or Rheumatoid disease; 6. Patients have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 7. Patients suffer from renal artery stenosis; 8. Patients with complication of chronic pulmonary disease or primary pulmonary hypertension; 9. Patients with medical history of malignant tumor; 10. Patients have undergone the condition probably affecting distribution, metabolism and excretion of homosteine, as follows: liver surgery, liver infection, biliary tract surgery, biliary tract obstruction, biliary tract infection, biliary tract abnormality, kidney surgery, kidney infection, urinary tract obstruction, urinary tract structural abnormalities, urinary tract infection, urinary tract surgery; 11. Patients with any history of mental disorder, suicide and suicidal tendency; 12. Patients addicted to drug abuse or alcohol; 13. Those who are pregnant or have a positive pregnancy test, or breastfeeding.
