Interventions

D1:Dexmedetomidine 1 µg/kg/h continuous infusion for 24 hours
D2:Dexmedetomidine 0.5µg/kg/h continuous infusion for 24 hours
Group C:Physiological saline was continuously pumped at the same rate for 24 hours

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years who underwent cardiac surgery were admitted to the ICU with mechanical ventilation after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Second or third degree atrioventricular block 2. Dexmedetomidine or amiodarone used within 30 days 3. EF = 40kg/m2 10 patients with secondary surgery.
