Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women diagnosed with PCOS according to Rotterdam criteria who undergoing the first cycle transplantation of IVF/ICSI with controlled ovulation hyperstimulation using an antagonist. 2. The woman's ovarian reserve function is normal: anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) > 1.2 ng/mL, basal follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) = 10 IU/L, sinus follicle count (AFC) = 5. 3. Women aged = 20 and = 38 years. 4. Women with BMI>28 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital or acquired uterine abnormalities (such as uterine malformation, adenomyosis, submucosal fibroids, endometrial polyps or severe intrauterine adhesions). 2. women allergic to GLP-1RA, or have serious adverse reactions, such as: acute pancreatitis, acute cholecystitis, acute renal failure, intestinal obstruction, etc. 3. Women with organic obesity, such as hypercortisolism, hypothyroidism, thyroid malignancy, multiple endocrine tumor syndrome II, hypothalamus or pituitary diseases. 4. Women with hepatic and renal insufficiency. 5. Women who are using other medications to lose weight in the last six months. 6. Women with mental disorders with suicidal tendencies. 7. The man has non-obstructive azoospermia.
