Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: >= 60 years and = 2 hours; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent; 5. The background group consisted of non-operative elderly with comparable age and education level to the patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Central nervous system diseases and mental diseases; 2. Serious cardiovascular, respiratory, liver or kidney diseases; 3. Preoperative MMSE<23; 4. Taking of sedatives or antidepressants; 5. Patients dependent on alcohol or drugs (consume of more than 100ml of 40 proof alcohol per day in the past 3 months); 6. Patients with a history of surgery within the past one year; 7. Patients with communication disabilities (language impairment, severe visual or hearing impairment).
