Conventional ventilation group:VT = 8ml/kg PEEP=0 cmH2O

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years;ASA classification II-III; 2. Will undergo prone spine surgery;Operation time 2 -5 hours; 3. ARISCAT score = 26; 4. Could understand and sign the inform consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cannot cooperate for any reason or not suitable for investigator; 2. body-mass index of 30 or higher; 3. had done preoperative mechanical ventilation within the 2 weeks preceding surgery; 4. Acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome history within 3 months before operation; 5. severe liver and kidney dysfunction, lung dysfunction, and intracranial hypertension; 6.had a progressive neuromuscular illness 7. had a requirement for emergency surgery; 8. Other clinical trials participation.
