Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia in our hospital, ASA I-II, aged 18-75 years, with at least two PONV risk factors, were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA GRADE I-II ; 2. Patients with mental illness or history of mental illness; 3. History of chemotherapy; 4. A history of vestibular disorder or dizziness or nausea or vomiting within 24 hours before surgery, or receiving conventional antiemetic therapy, including systemic corticosteroids; 5. Pregnant or breast-feeding patients; 6. Allergic to olanzapine; 7. Myocardial infarction or unstable angina 6 months before planned surgery; 8. History of severe arrhythmias (e.g., VT or VF); 9. Second NYHA of heart failure grade II or higher; 10. Postural hypotension or vasovagal syncope 6 months before planned surgery; 11. Inability to swallow medications.
