Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OCT and fundus photography were used to diagnose pathological myopia macular hole or pathological myopia macular hole retinal detachment. The eye axis is greater than 27mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Corneal and lens source myopia, such as keratoconus, spherical lens; Combined with systemic and ocular inflammation or other surgical contraindications.
