Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years or older, regardless of gender; patients with pathologically confirmed stage pT1 non-muscle invasive bladder cancer after transurethral resection for tumor treatment of the bladder (TURBT) and patients with upper urinary tract uroepithelial cancer (including ureteral cancer and renal pelvis cancer) who underwent radical total nephroureterectomy (RNU) with pathologically confirmed early stage muscle invasive (pT2, pT3). 2. Patients who are capable of independent personnel, agree after being informed of the trial protocol and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who meet any of the following conditions may be excluded. 1. Patients with other major diseases, recent surgery, or previous malignant neoplastic disease. 2. Patients with pathologic diagnosis of non-uroepithelial cancer type, staged as pTa or muscle-infiltrating (>= pT2) bladder cancer, those whose pathologic staging cannot be accurately determined by diagnostic electrodesection alone or without cutting to the muscle layer, and patients with upper urinary tract uroepithelial cancer staged as pTa, pT1, and pT4. 3. Samples that were not preserved as required.
