18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-75 years old. 2. Histology and pathology confirmed the diagnosis of the newly diagnosed patients with extensive small-cell lung cancer. 3. No previous treatment history of other tumors. 4. Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Under 18 years of age or over 75 years of age. 2. concomitant tumors at other sites or pathological types. 3. Life expectancy is less than 6 weeks. 4. Brain MRI examination with metal incapability in vivo (if metal is feasible by MR examination or brain metastasis can be confirmed by CT, it can be included in the group). 5. Lost to follow-up.
