Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria for sepsis are based on the "Surviving Sepsis Campaign: International Guidelines for Management of Sepsis and Septic Shock: 2016" published by JAMA, with clear infection site and infection symptoms, sequential organ dysfunction (SOFA) score >= 2 points or qSOFA Score >= 2 points. Inclusion criteria for septic cardiomyopathy, on the basis of meeting the diagnosis of sepsis, also meet the following criteria: creatine kinase (CK-MB) >= 2 times normal high value; and/or troponin I (cTnI) >Upper limit of normal; and/or echocardiography suggestive of systolic or diastolic dysfunction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of chronic cardiac insufficiency, dilated cardiac hypertrophy, obstructive cardiomyopathy or valvular heart disease; 2. Atrial fibrillation (interfering with echocardiography); 3. Age <18 years old; 4. Pregnancy.
