Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged <= 90 years; 2. Informed consent; 3. Complete the research according to the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart failure (NYC grade III or IV); 2. Myocardial infarction within 6 months; 3. Chronic kidney disease (CKD 4 or 5); 4. Decompensated cirrhosis or liver failure; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Intestinal obstruction or perforation; 7. Using of gastrointestinal motility drugs, laxatives, antidiarrheal drugs, antibiotics, probiotics, opioids and NSAIDs within 2 weeks; 8. Severe lower gastrointestinal bleeding; 9. Allergic to linaclotide or polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder; 10. Mental illness and unable to cooperate with the research; 11. Refuse to sign informed consent.
