18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Family members agree to this study. 2. Older than 18 years old, younger than 85 years old. 3. Both common and severe infections admitted to the emergency department can be included and detailed information recorded, and finally compared with normal subjects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Autoimmune diseases, cachexia and immunosuppression e.g. (HIV, long-term hormone use, peripheral leukocytes < 4000)
