Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients with informed consent, pathological diagnosis of breast cancer, and planned radical mastectomy for breast cancer; 2. Select the second operation every morning, and be admitted to the operating room at about 10-11 am; 3. Primary school and above Education level, with good language and communication skills; 4. Age 18-65 years old; 5. Feeling normal in limbs; 6. Not rejecting flavors and fragrances; 7. KPS score = 70 points, Barthel self-care ability score >= 70 point.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to gauze and/or essential oils, those with abnormal sense of smell complicated by respiratory diseases such as asthma and rhinitis; 2. Those with serious complications such as heart, liver, and lung; 3. Those who have a history of mental illness; 4. Head, neck, shoulder, back and lower back pain caused by any existing reasons; 5. Have or currently suffer from neuromusculoskeletal system diseases or have received neuromuscular orthopaedic surgery.
