Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the indications for cholecystectomy, including cholecystolithiasis, cholecystitis, elective surgery; 2. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification is grade I~II, the patient is in good physical condition, the organ function is normal or the compensation is sound, and the operation can be tolerated; 3. Aged 18~65 years, body mass index (BMI) 18 kg/m2~32kg/m2; 4. No opioids were taken 48 hours before surgery; 5. Not taking non-steroidal antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs 48 hours before surgery; 6. Able to communicate normally, without language, hearing or cognitive impairment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, brain, lung, endocrine, malignant tumor diseases; 2. Liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. Unwilling to accept TAP block or infection at the abdominal wall puncture site; 5. History of allergy to anesthetics; 6. History of alcoholism, drug addiction, addiction to opioids and tranquilizers; 7. Long-term use of antipsychotic drugs; 8. Contraindications to surgery, or inability to tolerate surgery; 9. Gallbladder cancer, gallbladder sarcoma, obstructive jaundice of unknown etiology; 10. Recent use of drugs that affect the sympathetic-adrenergic system.
