Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75; 2. Patients with chronic hepatitis B who meet the definition of the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of chronic Hepatitis B (2019 update); 3. The duration of antiviral therapy with nucleoside (acid) analogues was longer than 6 months; 4. The HBV DNA level of the patients at the time of enrollment was lower than the detection limit of non-high-sensitivity detection reagent 100IU/ml; 5. Patients were informed and agreed to participate in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated with immunomodulators and cytotoxic drugs within one year; 2. combined with heart, lung, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; 3. Patients with acute diseases under treatment or admitted to ICU; 4. with AIDS, syphilis and other infectious diseases; 5. Patients with a definite history of malignant tumors, including liver cancer; 6. having a serious mental illness or being unable to cooperate; 7. Female patients during lactation and pregnancy; 8. Patients who have participated in or are currently participating in other clinical studies within three weeks; 9. unable to understand or express informed consent;
