Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged between 6-18 years (>= 6 years but = 8 years but <18 years), written informed consent must be obtained from both the patient and his/her guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent participation in any interventional or observational clinical trial which modified patient care. 2. Prior use of Dupixent. 3. Any condition that, in the opinion of the Investigator, may interfere with patients ability to participate in the study, such as short life expectancy, severe cognitive impairment, or other comorbidities that can predictably prevent the patient from adequately completing the schedule of visits and assessments.

To describe the characteristics of pediatric patients who initiate Dupixent for AD: - Socio-demographics - Medical history of AD, other atopic diseases, and comorbidities - Disease characteristics of AD - Prior and concomitant treatments;To characterize real-word use patterns of Dupixent for pediatric patients with AD: - Dose regimens and duration, dose adjustment and reason(s), discontinuation of Dupixent/switching to other treatments and reason(s), longest duration of Dupixent treatment, number of gaps in Dupixent treatment and the longest gap lengt;To assess effectiveness of Dupixent in children and adolescents with AD in a real-world setting: - Patient/caregiver reported assessments - Physician assessments of AD activity;	—
