Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Accomplish maxillary posterior transalveolar sinus floor elevation with cushioned grind-out technique and simultaneous bone level implant implantation. 2. CBCT scans received more than three times for preoperative and postoperative assessment, including preoperative, immediate postoperative, 6 months postoperative. 3. Reliable complete case data and photographs can be collected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No implants protruding part from previous sinus floor using immediate postoperative CBCT scans. 2. Once performed sinus floor elevation surgery at elevation sites. 3. Prosthetic procedures were performed too long after implant placement
