18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male;being between 18 and 25 years of age;without history of regular exercise; 2. no intense physical activity recently;no muscle exercise fatigue; 3. physical health;no cardiovascular disease;no history of lower limb injury recently;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had a family history of genetic disease, heart disease, serious surgery, respiratory disease or other medical diseases; 2. Acute or overuse lower limb injury or muscle injury in the medical history; 3. Any symptoms of lower limb muscle soreness in the first 3 months of the study.
