Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring elective thoracoscopic surgery; 2. Age 25-75 years, body mass index 18-28 kg/m2, ASAI grade II; 3. Have basic cognitive awareness and can cooperate with relevant anesthesia treatment; 4. Patients without serious organ dysfunction; 5. Patients and their family members clearly understand the purpose and operation process of this study, and sign the informed letter to agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coronary heart disease and severe hypertension; 2. Patients with mental and nervous system diseases or medical history; 3. Allergic to the drugs used in the research; 4. Patients with drug dependence or history of drug dependence; 5. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 6. Patients with thoracic and spinal deformity; 7. Patients who are transferred to thoracotomy during the process; 8. Patients lost to follow-up.
