18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. RSI score <7 points and RFS score <13 points after 8 weeks of treatment 2. The initial diagnosis of LPRD 3. The age range is 18-65 years old 4. The informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women or concomitant diseases that affect the quality of the voice, such as nervous system diseases, mental diseases, vocal cord grooves, vocal cord paralysis, vocal cord atrophy, benign and malignant vocal cord masses, history of acute upper respiratory tract infection within 1 week, chronic rhinitis, chronic tonsillitis or patients with a history of surgery on head, neck or chest 2. patients with history of LPRD treatment and voice training 3. history of smoking, alcoholism 4. patients who are unable to cooperate with voice training or cannot perform remote voice training at home.
