Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old; 2. According to the Guidance of Chinese AIDS Diagnosis and Treatment Guide (2018 edition), the patients diagnosed with HIV were identified. Those who meet the following criteria: (1) HIV antibody screening test positive and HIV supplement test positive (antibody supplement test positive or nucleic acid qualitative test positive or nucleic acid quantitative more than 5000 copies /mL); (2) Have a history of epidemiology or AIDS-related clinical manifestations, and both HIV nucleic acid tests were positive twice; (3) HIV isolation test positive. 3. Consent to receive antiretroviral therapy (ART) or have started ART therapy. 4. Agree to join the study and follow up regularly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor patient compliance; 2. Incomplete data; 3. HIV patients deemed unsuitable for the study by the investigator; 4. pregnancy.
