Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stable patients who meet the diagnosis and standards of ''China Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2018'', and who can take medicine as prescribed by the doctor; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function class II-III; 4. The ability of verbal expression and comprehension is normal; 5. Patients who have obtained informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other serious chronic diseases such as severe lung disease, tumor, end-stage renal failure on dialysis, etc.; 2. Acute myocardial infarction or other cardiac surgery within the past 1 month; 3. Accompanied by physical impairment, etc.; 4. Patients who are unwilling to follow up for 3 months.
