Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving MECT in our hospital; 2. Patients and their legal representatives voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent; 3. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III and age 10-75 years; 4. Patients did not participate in the clinical trial of other drugs within 3 months before screening.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to MECT; 2. Those who refuse to participate in the test; 3. Patients with severe history of heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases; 4. There was acute inflammation of respiratory tract within 2 weeks without recovery; 5. Preoperative systolic blood pressure > 180mmhg and / or diastolic blood pressure > 110mmhg in hypertensive patients, or < 90 / 60mmhg in hypotensive patients; 6. Those who do not cooperate or cannot communicate; 7. The fasting time is not up to the standard; 8. Patients considered unsuitable for inclusion by other investigators.
