Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. immature teeth 2. the endodontic or periapical lesions caused by dens evaginatus or dental trauma 3. the teeth have not been treated before 4. those who had not received antibiotic treatment during the previous 3 months 5. those who had not any general disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. mature teeth 2. the endodontic or periapical lesions caused by other reasons, except dens evaginatus or dental trauma 3. the teeth have been treated before 4. those who had received antibiotic treatment during the previous 3 months 5. those who had any general disease
