40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients receiving TKA in our department during 2022.8.31-2023.8.31 are enrolled. Inclusion criteria: 1. 40-80 years old; 2. unilateral knee replacement; 3. VAS < 4 scores in another knee; 4. be able to use smart phone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. open surgery history of hip or knee; 2. TKA revision 3. stiff knee before surgery 4. Ankylosing Spondylitis or rheumatoid arthritis or other inflammatory arthropathy 5. severe cardiopulmonary disease 6. neuromuscular disease 7. severe mental disease 8. fracture or ligamental injure 9. receving another TKA procedure in 90 days 10. disable to use smart phone 11. decline to join this trial 12. those patients doctors believe they aren't suitable for this trial.
