Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years; 2. Follow the doctor's advice for patients with PICC catheter for the first time; 3. No serious cardiovascular disease, such as atrial fibrillation, cor pulmonale, severe conduction block, etc. before catheterization; 4. Patients who did not participate in other clinical studies; 5. Patients who voluntarily participate in the clinical study and can cooperate with clinical follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with local deformity or scar formation; 2. Patients with infection or damage at the puncture site; 3. Patients with venous sclerosis and cord like changes; 4. Patients with tumor compressing blood vessels; 5. Patients with confirmed or suspected catheter-related infection, bacteremia and sepsis; 6. Patients whose body shape is not suitable for PICC implantation; 7. Patients with confirmed or suspected allergy to silicone materials; 8. Patients with a history of radiotherapy at the pre intubation site; 9. Patients with a history of venous thrombosis, trauma or vascular surgery; 10. Patients with superior vena cava syndrome; 11. Patients with poor medical behavior; 12. Patients with severe peripheral vascular edema; 13. Patients with high flow of infusion fluid, requiring hemodialysis, pacemaker installation, crutches or A-V fistula.
