3:Anesthesia with propofol: etomidate (volume ratio 2:1)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years; 2. The patient met the grade I-II of the association of anesthesiologists (ASA); 3. Patients who plan to undergo painless gastroenteroscopy; 4. Patients who can communicate normally and agree to be enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental illness; 2. Allergic constitution; 3. Persons with mental retardation; 4. Unable to tolerate anesthesia; 5. Patients with severe organ dysfunction; 6. Patients participating in similar medical research.
