18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. GAD-7 score > 5 (above moderate anxiety); 2. Aged 18-55 years; 3. No psychotropic drugs were received during the study period; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of serious physical and neurological diseases; 2. There are obvious self injury or suicide concepts and behaviors; 3. Past or present schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, schizophrenic affective disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder; 4. Dependence on alcohol and other psychoactive substances; 5. There is generalized developmental disorder.
