Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for young Chinese insomnia disorder patients: 1. Patients with insomnia disorders conform to the 4th edition (DSM-IV) of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders; 2. Complaining of difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep or waking up early for at least 1 month; 3. No other sleep disorders, such as abnormal sleep, excessive sleep, sleep-related movement disorders or other mental disorders; 4. Right-handedness measured with the Edinburgh Hand Scale; 5. Gender is not limited, aged >= 18 years and willing to participate in this study, and sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for the normal health control group of young Chinese: 1. Good sleep quality and good sleep start and/or maintenance, with a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) below 5; 2. Have not taken any stimulants, medications, cigarettes, alcohol or coffee for at least 2 weeks prior to this study; 3. Right-handedness measured with the Edinburgh Hand Scale; 4. Gender is not limited, aged >= 18 years and willing to participate in this study, and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy, lactation or menstruation (female); 2. Insomnia caused by organic diseases or severe mental illness secondary to depression or generalized anxiety; 3. History of neurological or other physical diseases, such as respiratory, heart, kidney, liver and endocrine diseases; 4. Any medications that may affect sleep or brain function within 2 weeks; 5. Addiction disorders; 6. Those who have a pacemaker in the heart and a metal in the body.
