Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. NSCLC was diagnosed according to WHO classification guidelines for lung tumors (4th Edition); 2. Advanced stage(IIIA-IVB according to the 8th edition of International Association for the study of Lung Cancer TNM; 3. Patients using PD-1 monoclonal antibody alone or in combination (such as combined anti angiogenic drugs and chemotherapy); 4. All patients were treated with PD-1 monoclonal antibody >= 1 time, and the therapeutic effect could be evaluated; 5. Complete follow-up data shall be available during the follow-up (the follow-up shall be conducted by telephone, and the patients shall be informed of the contents of the study orally. The follow-up data of the patients can be included in the study only after the informed consent of the patients or their families is obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathology contains small cell lung cancer; 2. Other malignant tumors occurred or currently combined within 5 years; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney function or other organ injuries before treatment; 4. PS > 3, unable to tolerate immunotherapy; 5. The clinical data are seriously incomplete.
