Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia; 2. There is no limit on gender, aged 18-70 years; 3. ASA grade I or II, no abnormalities in heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney functions, and no contraindications to the use of laryngeal mask.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with increased reflux of gastric contents and aspiration of respiratory tract, including non fasting, full stomach, morbid obesity, pregnancy for more than 14 weeks, frequent gastroesophageal reflux, intestinal obstruction and esophageal hiatal hernia, as well as those whose laryngeal mask is difficult to pass when opening the mouth due to abnormal facial anatomy; 2. Patients with tumor, injury, infection or other pathological changes in the throat and head and neck, such as upper glottic or hypopharyngeal injury, tumor, severely hypertrophic tonsil, obvious deviation of throat or trachea, softening and peripheral compression, etc.; 3. Patients with decreased lung compliance, including lung injury, ischemic disease, head down surgery, laparoscopic surgery and so on; 4. During the preoperative visit, the patient's head and neck could not rotate.
